• personal information for card holder

what to do:

• visit www.ebtaccount.jpmorgan.com
• click on the “ACTIVATE your card” button
• you will then be asked to enter the 16 digit card number on front of card
• click on the “next” button
• you will then be asked a series of questions and if you want to register your account ( again this gives you more benefits)
• proceed to provide all the required information and steps to complete the activation process and receive a confirmation of activation
